Thank you for sharing your story. It seems that as healthcare resources continue to get squeezed nationally, my list of to-do’s and responsibilities continues to expand. My biggest struggle seems to be email management. I try to follow the two minute rule, but I tend to avoid doing anything with the emails that look like they will take longer to respond. I am going to try your timer method and see if that helps. P.S. Love your picture on the sailboat. I spent a week’s vacation on a sailboat in the BVI a few years ago, and that is when time truly stood still. Hoping to find a way to feel that relaxed again sometime!
