I have no idea how I am going to run it, but I know that the very supportive people in the GTD community will chime in with help if I ask. First, though, I am doing some research on all the online communities and in GTD Connect for existing information.

I am just starting to think about trying to get a group of us together in our company (in fact, I created a project for that only this morning: Outcome: Meeting of minds interested in GTD from around the site). The timing of your post is quite spooky(!) but is really encouraging.

I hope that in 6 months time I can report on success here.
