There is no better way to chuck down your life into a few small points so you can get the ball rolling.

Religiously before I go to bed, I make a checklist of things that need to be done the follwing day. I chuck down all tasks so that each one can be completed in minimal time and then cross them off one by one once I have achieved them.

There is nothing better than crossing everything off that list and feeling like you have had a successful and productive day!
