I make it a policy to never use an app when company representatives pretend to be users.

For me this is the ultimate GTD combo. All sync with Toodledo Notes as well. I am connected to my Task List on all my devices.

I still think the best GTD apps on BB is probably “Viira” http://www.kartamobile.com/viira.php

As the BB is also my main capture device I need an that’s fast to input tasks so I actually use it. For me that’s Next Action Pro! A few clicks and a task is captured with context assigned. It even offers voice capture for when I driving.

Reviewing my liss is faster too with Next Action. And it all syncs to the desktop including contexts.

My only gripe with BB as a list manager is finding a way to reliably sync wirelessly to Mac.

The cloud sync to my server is reliable and it’s nice to make an update on my BB and have it automatically sync’d to Outlook when I open it up, and vice versa.

I’m considering migrating from BB to an iPad or Android tablet. I can’t find a decent task list for an iPad or iPhone that syncs with Exchange, despite searching online and on this site. I’m just now beginning to search for options in the Android tablet world.

Any ideas on a good iPad app that syncs in the cloud?

I don’t want any application that I can’t sync wirelessly and access from another computer—life is just too short. Tasks + RTM works well enough for me.

Seriously, take a look at MilkSync: https://www.rememberthemilk.com/services/milksync/blackberry/. It ties into the BB tasks, and syncs back and forth. I also use the RTM Outlook plugin to help me track things when at my computer. So anything done on my PC, or on the website, ends up on my BB, and vise versa.

I’m using the native tasks app and its enough, as my desktop gtd app manages everything, and only the next actions (with contexts) get sync’ed to the BB. So I always know everything I can do in each context :)

I had set up my Outlook according to the GTD guide and I found I can easily sync my tasks across and the filter allows me to quickly see my tasks/project by category. I don’t use any app…but the BB is way superior to Nokia for GTD…
