I have been working in a Microsoft environment for many years and am using Outlook tasks as list manager, contexts mapped to categories. A major frustration was that I couldn’t find a solution to sync with my phone. I had great hopes in Microsoft To Do, however, categories don’t sync.

Reminded by your podcast I recently bought the ‘GTD Microsoft 365 Setup Guide’ and discovered on how to use lists as sub-folders, instead of using categories. All is working well now.
