It looks like you are using a temporary email address at fakeinbox.com. The limitation with that method is that it doesn’t show you the activation links in the email. I just went through the free trial sign-up using a fakeinbox.com address. I got the confirmation email, but the activation links are invisible because of the way fakeinbox.com displays the text.

I emailed you the activation link at the fakeinbox.com address. Most of those addresses seem to expire in an hour, so it may not reach you. I’d be glad to help you get signed up. You can reach me at customerservice@davidco.com.

Received email, but not further instructions. Not able to log in. Went through the help section. Option was a password recovery didn’t help as the email address was not registered.

GTD Free Trial system is broken.
