So you can try various applications and choose what works for you. It’s important that you like the tool, so you will use it consistently and develop trust in your system. It doesn’t matter if everyone else says it’s the best. It only matter if it’s the best one for you.

There is some recommendations about some system?
I saw in internet that some systems like http://www.nozbe.com, http://www.xllency.com and http://www.nirvanahq.com can do a lot that I need.

Can I use the methodology with some tool like this?

I find that taking time for quietness each morning–whether it be meditation, prayer or some other mind clearing exercise–is such a help in this area.

To your brilliance!
