It works too. xx

I’ve found in my personal experience that it’s those nasty ‘weeds’ that really draw us away from the more important things in our lives. It sounds like such a menial thing, but I’ve started picking out my work clothes on the night before rather than the ‘morning of’ my upcoming work day. This one little change has made a big impact on my morning — I no longer spend a few minutes trying to put everything together, and there are fewer decisions I have to make while I’m still waking up and not at my best, which saves effort and brain power for the rest of the day when I really need it.

I agree: the ‘weeds’ are the things we have to deal with. The everyday ‘grind’ gets things done. Nothing else.
